My shopping cart has emptied itself before I was able to purchase my products. Why did this happen?
If you have left our service or left it inactive for a period of time, your current searching session may have ended. For security purposes, your history is not stored once a searching session is ended. You will need to start your search again.
I did not get my receipt or search products. Where are they?
Check your junk mail or spam folder as your email filter may have blocked or diverted the email.
If you still cannot locate the email receipt, contact us with the date and approximate time of purchase, dollar amount of the transaction, proof of payment, what you have purchased (entity name, type of search document) and the email address you provided and we will assist you. We can only send search products up to 90 days after purchase.
I registered the wrong email address. How do I access my products?
please contact us to assist you with accessing your search products. To help us locate your search quickly, please provide the date, approximate time, dollar amount of the search and the email address you provided.
Can my products be re-issued by ASIC?
Yes, we can reissue your products up to 90 days after purchase. To help us locate your products quickly, you will need to contact us with the date and approximate time of purchase, dollar amount of the transaction, what you have purchased (entity name, type of search document) and the email address you provided.
I've opened the PDF for my paid search product to view and print it, but it doesn't look right. Why?
When you view a PDF search product on screen, some of the data may appear with incorrect formatting, making it difficult to read. We are working to provide a better outcome for these documents. In the meantime, you may prefer to 'print screen' instead of printing a pdf.
Why can I not open the PDF file on my computer?
Please ensure that you have the latest version of the Adobe Reader software on your computer. If you do not have the Adobe reader software or you have an older version, download it for free at www.adobe.com/reader/.
