Payment issues

I tried to pay with my credit card and the service froze. Was my payment processed?

First, you will need to check your email. If you have received an email confirmation, then the transaction was completed. You should also check your junk mail as the acknowledgement email can sometimes be sent there automatically, depending on the security settings of your email account. If your financial institution confirms that the payment has gone through and you have not received an email, contact us.

I’ve chosen to pay later but I haven’t received my invoice. Where is it?

Your invoice is sent to an email address you nominated during the transaction. First, check your junk mail folder or spam mail folder as your email filter may have blocked or diverted the email. If you still cannot locate the email, contact us and we will assist you.
