What browsers are recommended for ASIC Connect?

Customers using Windows 10 and the new Edge browser may experience issues when using ASIC Connect. If you do experience issues, try switching to one of the recommended browsers listed.

The following web browsers have been tested on, and are recommended for using ASIC Connect:

Customers using Internet Explorer 8 may experience issues when making payments using ASIC Connect. If you do experience payment issues, try switching to a newer version or another recommended browser.

You can check your current internet Explorer browser version by clicking on 'Help' in the browser menu and then select 'About'. The version numbers will show in the popup window.

I'm still experiencing issues with ASIC Connect. What should I do?

If you are still experiencing issues, it may be a problem with your browser or connection.

Common issues can be resolved by completing one or more of the following:

  • close all open browsers and open a new browser;
  • log in to ASIC Connect directly through http://asicconnect.asic.gov.au (don't use favourites or bookmarked sites), or
  • clear your caches/cookies.
